Travel Itinerary
02.30 - Arrive At Start Point , Prepare and Tea or Coffee Time
At 03.00 we will arrive at the starting point and prepare everything for our adventurous trip to the peak of Mount Batur. Banana pancakes and Coffee or Tea will be provided for your breakfast before heading to the top. Next, a local guide will give us a briefing and explain the trip plan up to the summit. Each group will be assigned a guide. Don't forget to grab a flashlight to help illuminate the way during the journey. Usually, every group of 5 trekkers will have one local guide accompanying them.
03.30 - 2 Hours Trekking accompanied by a licensed trekking organization guide
At 03.30-04.00, you will be accompanied by a licensed trekking guide to assist you during the ascent of approximately 2 hours from the base to the peak of Mount Batur. The guide will follow our pace, and at any time, we can ask to stop for rest or take photos. After about 1 hour of trekking, we will take a short break while drinking the provided water. Then, we will continue the journey, enjoying the cool and fresh morning atmosphere until we finally reach the peak of Mount Batur.
The first hour of the hike will pass through a slightly sloping path. After that, the terrain will become more challenging with steep slopes.
05.45 - Arriving at The Peak of Mount Batur
After arriving at the top we will be served a breakfast package and eggs cooked in steam volcano while waiting for the sun to rise. Prepare your camera to capture this extraordinary moment. The view that we see will depend on the current weather conditions. When it’s cloudy, maybe we can’t testify on many things. On sunny days, we will see beautiful scenery. When it’s cloudy, We will still see the beautiful scenery of the crater, Lake Batur and Mount Agung during the trip down.
07.00 - Back From Peak With Crater, Lake Batur and Mount Agung Views
During the trip down Mount Batur you can stop to see the hot steam coming out of the mountain crater. along the way you can see Lake Batur and Mount Agung very clearly from the top of Mount Batur. You can ask the guide to stop taking some photos for memories, and you will arrive at the parking lot around 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning, and then the driver will take you back to the hotel.
09.00 - Way Back To The Hotel
- During the trip down Mount Batur you can stop to see the hot steam coming out of the mountain crater. along the way you can see Lake Batur and Mount Agung very clearly from the top of Mount Batur. You can ask the guide to stop taking some photos for memories, and you will arrive at the parking lot around 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning, and then the driver will take you back to the hotel.
- However, you can also visit several tourist attractions during the trip back to the hotel, of course with additional costs because of the additional tour time and for the cost of admission to tourism objects is your responsibility.
